Me and my husband have a "nursery". It's a Spare Bedroom being used storage. We plan on decorating a nursery as soon as we find out what were having, I have about 9 more weeks till we find out if were having a boy or girl. But in the mean time, I want to start buying furniture. Where is the best place to go?

Is there a way to test baby furniture to make sure its safe?
We just bought the baby a second crib to put in our room. We had the first one put together at the store but that cost to much so we decided to get someone we knew to put it together.
